FAQs

WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE?

EARLY BIRD WEEKEND: Thursday 17th December

WHEN WILL THE LINEUP BE ANNOUNCED?

Thursday 17th December

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

The Super Early Bird Tickets have been sold through Ticket Tailor. Early Bird and 2nd Release tickets are available through DICE.

WILL THERE BE DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Jazz Stroud is designed as a full-weekend experience, bringing artists, audiences and the town together over three days of music, talks and shared moments. The magic really happens when you’re able to settle in, discover new artists, and be part of the community that builds across the weekend.

We do plan to release a very limited number of day tickets closer to the event, but availability will be extremely restricted and cannot be guaranteed. If you want to be sure of access to the best of the festival, we strongly recommend securing a weekend ticket.

IS THERE A FULL TIMETABLE/SCHEDULE AND VENUE MAP AVAILABLE YET?

This will be available from the beginning of April 2026

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE TIMETABLE?

YES! This will be available from the beginning of April 2026

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

You will receive an email confirmation from Ticket Tailor or DICE with a booking reference and a barcode. Either print this out or have it on your phone (we do not send physical tickets in the post.) If you do not receive your ticket for any reason please email us at: Office@sva.org.uk

DO I NEED TO EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR A WRISTBAND?

Yes! You can pick up your Weekend wristband here:

  • Goods Shed on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th April (open from 8pm)

  • St. Laurence's Church on Saturday 11th April (open from 1-6pm)

CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?

LIKE MANY OTHER FESTIVALS AND CONCERT VENUES UNFORTUNATELY purchased tickets and booking fees cannot be refunded. We recommend you try and pass these onto a friend/family member or via twickets. If you bought tickets via DICE and you can offer your ticket up to the wait list for a sold-out event, and another fan can buy it. Please note we advise you not to buy tickets from strangers on social media as most of these are fake, cannot be verified and will not give you entry to the festival.

WHAT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE FESTIVAL?

In the event of the festival being cancelled a full refund will be offered.

CAN I BRING A MINOR?

Jazz Stroud is not a child-oriented event. We cannot sell tickets to under-18s due to the late night events and licensing restrictions.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No animals (except guide dogs) are permitted in the venues

IF I HAVE A DISABILITY IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR ME?

Yes – please look at our access guide and if you have any further question email us at office@sva.org.uk for further info. https://www.jazzstroud.org/access-guide

IS IT A SEATED CONCERT?

The gigs in the Brunel Goods Shed are mainly standing. Seats are prioritised for those who need them. If you would like to secure a seat due to health reasons please email office@sva.org.uk and we can arrange this for you.

CAN I GET INTO EVERY EVENT WITH MY TICKET?

The Jazz Stroud events across town in bars and cafes may be limited in terms of capacity so we recommend arriving ahead of time to secure a place! The doors for most events are opened a bit earlier to allow enough time to grab a drink and find a space before it starts.

LINE-UP CHANGES

In the event of a change to the line-up due to circumstances beyond our control Jazz Stroud reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to refund or exchange tickets.
